FOUNDER – Clarence Aryeequaye
C.A is the Founder of The Genesis Groupe LLC, bringing over a decade of cross-sector experience across oil and gas investment analysis, capital project execution, and strategic business development. He leads the firm’s efforts to build high-impact, asset-driven ventures across the United States and Africa.
Clarence has played a central role in shaping initiatives spanning real estate acquisition and redevelopment, upstream oilfield evaluation and revitalization, cross-border commodity and precious metals transactions, and strategic advisory services for governments and emerging enterprises. He is recognized for his ability to integrate financial rigor with operational execution, delivering ventures that are capital-efficient, scalable, and intentionally structured to catalyze industrial development and long-term value creation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, an MSc in Project Management (Finance & Risk) from City St. George’s, University of London, and an MBA in Petroleum Economics & Finance from Coventry University. Clarence is also a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), equipping him with the technical, financial, and leadership expertise required to execute complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS – Mrs. Anne Aryeequaye
Anne serves as Director of Client Relations & Marketing at The Genesis Groupe LLC, leading the firm’s brand strategy, partner engagement, and investor communications across its real estate syndications and international trade initiatives. She plays a central role in strengthening the company’s market presence and cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
With a background spanning sociology, education, and project management, Anne brings a people-centered and execution-driven approach to stakeholder engagement. Her experience in learning and development, people management, and client relations enables her to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives while ensuring alignment between strategy, communication, and delivery.
Anne also leads The Genesis Groupe’s Social Impact initiatives, where she focuses on fostering meaningful community engagement and sustainable partnerships that support inclusive growth and long-term value creation in line with the firm’s mission and values.
