C.A is the Founder and CEO of The Genesis Groupe LLC, with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning oil and gas investment analysis, capital project execution, and business strategy, he drives high-impact ventures across the U.S. and Africa.
His leadership has shaped initiatives in real estate acquisition and redevelopment, upstream oilfield exploration and revitalisation, cross-border commodity transactions, and advisory services for governments and emerging businesses. He is known for his ability to blend financial acumen with operational execution—delivering ventures that are capital-efficient, scalable, and designed to catalyse industrial growth and long-term value creation.
He holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, an MSc in Project Management (Finance & Risk) from City, University of London, and an MBA in Petroleum Economics & Finance from Coventry University. Clarence is also certified as a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), equipping him with a strong foundation to lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives
DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS – Mrs. Anne Aryeequaye
As Director of Client Relations & Marketing, Anne leads all brand strategy, partner engagement, and investor communications, driving The Genesis Groupe’s growth across real estate syndications and international trade opportunities. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence and forging strong, lasting partnerships.
Anne holds degrees in Sociology and Early Childhood Education, complemented by a Master’s certification in Project Management (MPM). With extensive experience in learning and development, people management, and client relations, she is uniquely positioned to spearhead The Genesis Groupe’s Social Impact initiatives—fostering meaningful community engagement and sustainable collaborations that align with the company’s mission
